Get  Involved

Because healing begins the moment truth is spoken and grows stronger when we do it together.

You Are Part of
The Change.

Abuse, trauma, and violence are national and global crises — not isolated experiences.

Silence allows harm to continue.
Breaking the silence, protecting others, and supporting victims and survivors is how harm is stopped.

This impacts every family, every community, every generation.
And it demands a response from all of us.

Looking away is a choice.
So is standing up.

Our Pillars of Support and Healing

Our core pillars guide every action we take. They reflect our commitment to prevention, healing, education and empowerment.

Global

1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men globally experience sexual violence in their lifetime.

Healing

500,000 children are sexually abused every year in the UK — that’s 1 child every minute.

Time

Survivors take an average of 20–30 years to disclose their abuse — if they ever do.

Expense

Sexual violence costs the UK economy over £400 billion across victims’ lifetimes in health, justice and lost productivity.

Part ofChange

Looking away is a choice. So is standing up.

  • Abuse, trauma, and violence are national and global crises — not isolated experiences
  • Silence allows harm to continue. Breaking the silence, protecting others, and supporting victims and survivors is how harm is stopped.
  • This impacts every family, every community, every generation. And it demands a response from all of us.

Why ItMatters

Change does not happen by accident. It happens when people decide to respond.

  • Approx 1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men will experience sexual violence in their lifetime.
  • Most survivors never speak — not because it didn’t matter, but because silence felt safer.
  • Abuse thrives when people stay quiet. Prevention begins when people act.

What toSay

Words matter. You don’t need to fix it. Listening and believing is powerful. These three make a real difference:

  • “I’m sorry this was done to you.”
  • “I believe you.”
  • “How can I support you?”

Every whisper matters

When silence breaks, even gently, healing can begin.

1

For Survivors

It can be a first step. A word, a sentence, or a quiet truth shared without pressure or detail.

2

For Allies

A way to share a whisper of support, to offer belief, solidarity & hope to those who may still be carrying their story alone.

Lil' Whispers

Change doesn’t begin with shouting. It begins when real people choose not to stay silent. Every Lil’ Whisper is a spark — and together, they ignite hope, break cycles and create change.

When the sisters say, ‘we’re not experts because we studied it—we lived it,’ that landed deeply with me. Their authenticity cuts through all the noise online. I trust them. I believe them. And because of them, I’m starting to believe in myself, too.

Anon

I stumbled across this movement during a dark season in my life. I wasn’t looking for healing—but somehow, healing found me through their words. Their courage gave me something to hold onto when I felt like giving up. I’m still here today.

Anon

As a parent of a survivor, I’ve struggled to know what to say, what to do. This platform has given me resources, but more than that—it’s given me empathy. Listening to the sisters helped me understand what my child has been carrying.
